Ceres Technology Group, Boulder County’s venerable provider of IT services and VoIP phone solutions, today announced that it has acquired Denver-based Telecom Services Inc. (TSI) for an undisclosed sum.

“For 20 years we’ve provided turn-key IT services and VoIP phone solutions to organizations and companies across Colorado,” said Lloyd Brady, CEO of Ceres Technology Group. “We’re thrilled to expand our technical expertise with the addition of TSI staff, and to announce our new office space in south Denver. Both will enable to us to better serve our clients in Denver, Colorado Springs, and on the Western Slope.”

TSI is the third telecom services company acquired by Ceres Technology Group in just two years, increasing the company’s number of sales and technical support staff to twenty.
